Okay, so this is my first attempt at blogging. I have had a wonderful start to Mother's Day! Andy made me breakfast and got me some beautiful tulips(my favorite) and a wonderful card. After breakfast we loaded up and spent the day at the Dallas Zoo. It was our first visit to that particular zoo. Our favorite parts were the penguins, Sting Ray exhibit, and all of the monkeys and gorillas. We got to touch and feed the Sting Rays! It was really awesome. The weather was really nice and so a lot of the animals were out and about instead of hiding in the shade. One of Emily's favorites was the giraffe. There was only one lonely giraffe and he was licking the side of the brick wall. Pretty sad but Emily liked it! I will try to post some pictures and add to this blog often. Let's see how well that goes!
