Mommy has been really sick lately and has a sore throat. Emily suggested that I have a fudge bar to help my throat! Of course she needed one as well! She isn't wearing anything because it is right before bath time and I didn't want to ruin any clothes.

Happy Birthday Emily!
Just Kidding! Emily had a pretend birthday party with her dolls today. She broke out the party hats from her 2nd birthday. We have tried to tell her several times that her birthday isn't until January. She just replies, "no my birthday is today!"
The twins are thrilled to be at the party!

Emily may be waiting a loooong time for snow! She decided to get her "snowsuit" on tonight to be ready just in case... I told her maybe when we went to Kansas for Thanksgiving! She wants to leave for Kansas right now. She even asked Annabelle (our dog) to go. She said that Annabelle likes the snow, too!

I'm A Big Kid Now!
Anyone that has ever talked to Emily knows how incredible verbal she is. The teacher in her old classroom used to tell us how refreshing it was to have Emily there to have a conversation with! Well the time has come to move Emily up to the three year old room. We took a "big girl" picture before school this morning. I was kind of worried that she wouldn't fit in since she is still pretty young, but she went in and sat right next to a girl that was at least a foot taller than her and started talking to her right away. Her old teacher came to visit her and see if she would like to come to her room for nap time and Emily's reply was "I want to be in the big kids class where they can talk to me!"
