Grandpa's Big Catch
This was the big catch of the day. My dad caught a catfish weighing over 5 pounds (with my help!) He happened to be out in the boat with my brother so I pulled it in for him! If you ask Emily she will say mommy caught it! We have to give grandpa credit it was his pole!

Emily's First Fishing Trip!
These pictures are out of order. Emily had a little bit of beginners luck. We went out to my parent's pond and went fishing. Grandma helped Emily cast her line and not two seconds later there was a fish on it! She was very excited. She even walked over to Uncle David and had him cast a line to be pulled in a few seconds later with a bass on it! Uncle David even took her out in a boat. They went around the pond singing "Row, row, row your boat!" She had lots of fun fishing.

Emily's Big Day!
Emily got to practice her big sister duties today. She helped daddy assemble a changing table for the baby in mommy's belly! She thought it was so much fun! We never had a changing table with her and decided this time around it would be a good idea! It's really early to be getting stuff but mommy and Emily found a great deal on it and couldn't resist. Emily also got 3-4 inches cut off her hair. I posted a few pictures at the end so you could see the "new do." She was excited to go to dance class tonight to show all her friends. Kids are so funny!

Emily is finally going to get to be a big sister! This picture was taken a few months ago but we decided it was time to share it with everyone! We are expecting a new addition to our family due to arrive December 24, 2009. That's right... Christmas Eve. Who could ask for a better Christmas gift.

Emily's First Dance Class
Emily has been looking forward to dance class for weeks now. She wanted to wear her dance clothes to go and register for the class! Well the day finally got here. As a teacher, I was hoping that Emily would be a good student. Come to find out my daughter is striving to be the class clown. She was sticking her tongue out at her image in the mirror and at times rolling around on the ground. During their "performance" for the parents, Emily was doing her heel drops in a circle and then stopped to talk to the teacher in the middle of it. During her ballet performance she started out well and then ran over to me! Oh well... we will try again next week. Sorry there are so many pictures. I couldn't decide which ones to post.

Kaylee's Birthday Party!Kaylee turned three last week. She celebrated by having a swimming party. Emily loves swimming. Apparently our swimming lessons paid off, she accidentally fell in the deep end and managed to keep herself somewhat afloat until I could grab her. I figured she would sink like a rock!! She was a little shaken, but recovered quickly. The twins came to help celebrate as well. Kaylee and Emily decided it would be lots of fun to get in the baby pool with their floaties on!! They look so funny!
